What we collect

Your username, name, email address, company and your course activity (answers, progress and certificates). We use this data to run the training platform and to issue your Certificate of Achievement.

Retention

Accounts inactive for 5 years are permanently deleted. You can request the deletion of your data at any time on the data deletion page — deleting your account also removes your course history and certificates.

Backups

After deletion, residual copies of your data may persist in our encrypted backups for up to 7 days before being permanently removed.
